10 Providing legal advice/reviews within 14 working days from the date of receipt of complete documents and information, while for legal issues and more complex legal documents, within 1.5 to 3 months from the date of receipt of complete documents and information.
LEGAL UNIT
11 Receiving and taking action on integrity-related complaints received.

a. Issuing acknowledgment of receipt to the complainant: within one (1) working day after receiving the complaint.

 b. Submitting the complaint to the relevant parties for further action within three (3) working days after receiving the complaint.
